If order online between 15 Dec & 03 Jan when will my order arrive?  All online orders placed from 15 Dec onwards will only be processed for shipping upon our return to the office on 3 Jan 2023.
You should receive your order 3-5 working days after the 3rd of Jan 2023.

Certain specialist & non core items from GARDENA, Flymo, Green Houses ​& Specialist Gardening reference books can take an extra 4 - 5​ days to be sent as​ stock of these items is not kept on hand and is​ quite often ​special ordered from their ​main warehouse and sent up to our distribution centre in Johannesburg for re-disbursement to you. Please note: Courier lead times will vary due to the public holidays and festive operating times.
During this time you would need to contact the courier company directly to track and trace your order as our offices will be closed and we will be unreachable during this time.
