  • Position: Full sun.
  • Sow Depth: Cover lightly.
  • Spacing: 12–15 cm in a supported cut row, or 20–25 cm in a home border.

Why Grow This Variety

  • Clove-like fragrance gives stock flowers their classic appeal.
  • Early flowering helps fill the cool-season floral calendar.

Garden Uses

Grow New Kabuki Lavender in cool-season cutting rows, scented patio containers or mixed beds, pairing the lavender spikes with white flowers or silver foliage.

Growing Notes

  • Stocks prefer cool weather and can decline once hot weather arrives.
  • Use rich, moist, well-drained soil with good airflow.
  • Avoid acidic, waterlogged conditions.
  • Harvest for arrangements when three to five lower florets are open.
