Growing Notes
- Direct sow 10 mm deep in fine, fertile, free-draining soil and keep the seed zone evenly moist.
- Thin to 7 cm for baby or medium leaves, or 10–15 cm for larger rosettes, with 30 cm between rows.
- Sow a short row every 10–14 days while the soil remains cool enough.
- Harvest baby leaves from the listed 35–40 days and harvest the crop promptly when a central flower stalk starts to rise.
- Do not eat seed; follow any treatment warning on the purchased packet or lot label.
