Sow Depth and Light: Press onto moist mix and dust very lightly with vermiculite, no deeper than 1 mm. Do not exclude light.

Germination: 20–22°C. Breeder emergence 7–10 days; current packet 14–21 days.

Moisture: Keep the coating evenly moist until it softens, without waterlogging the tray. Uncover promptly after emergence.

Transplanting: Move a rooted plug after about 35–40 days, then harden for 7–10 days and plant after frost.

Spacing: 30 cm. The packet’s 7 × 10 cm line does not match the breeder’s mature dimensions and is not suitable as final garden spacing.

Growing Notes
