Why Grow This Blend
- Mixed growth forms help produce dense coverage in sites with sun and partial shade.
- Cold-tolerant perennial components can retain winter colour when water and nutrition are maintained.
- Fine and coarse blades emerge in stages and knit into a mixed-texture lawn.
- The lawn can tolerate traffic after full establishment.
Growing Notes
- Prepare a fine, firm seedbed and spread the weighed seed in two crossing passes.
- Keep the surface evenly moist until the slowest components emerge; reduce irrigation gradually as roots deepen.
- First mow at about 70–80 mm, leaving 50–70 mm of leaf. Never remove more than one third.
- Year-round green colour requires regular irrigation and feeding; it is not a low-water promise.
