Why Grow Cyclamen Halios Flame Mix?

  • Large blooms sit above attractive dark marbled foliage.
  • The flame mix produces a consistent narrow white edge on the flowers.
  • Excellent for premium pots, patios and sheltered cool-season displays.
  • Strong stems help the flowers show cleanly above the foliage.
  • A rewarding choice for growers who enjoy slower, higher-value seed crops.

Pot & Patio Uses

Grow Cyclamen Halios Flame Mix for cool, bright indoor spaces, sheltered patios, shaded verandas and premium container displays. It is best used as a potted ornamental rather than a hot, exposed bedding plant.

Growing Notes

  • Imported source copy notes broad performance across heat and light, but in South African conditions cyclamen still benefits from protection from harsh afternoon sun.
  • Keep the mix moist but never soggy, and avoid watering into the crown.
  • Use excellent drainage to reduce tuber rot risk.
  • Cool conditions encourage better flowering and longer display life.
  • Expect summer dormancy or reduced growth as temperatures rise.
