Set an occasional watering session without a battery using the GARDENA Manual Water Timer. Turn the large dial to choose how long a connected sprinkler or drip system runs, and the timer switches the water off at the end.

For occasional watering in a South African garden, you can start the sprinkler or drip system yourself and let the timer stop it after the selected period. Its mechanical operation needs no battery or electrical supply, making it straightforward for a watering session started at a cooler time of day.

Watering control

  • Rotary setting offers watering durations from 5 to 120 minutes.
  • Permanent-flow setting keeps water running when timed shut-off is not needed.
  • Mechanical operation requires no battery.
