Garden Uses
Use QIS Apricot in cutting beds and borders, then display the stems fresh or dried in bouquets and wreaths.
Growing Notes
- Do not soak, scarify or prechill the dry seed. Optional QIS cooling happens after germination, as detailed in the guide.
- Transplant plugs after about 4–5 weeks, harden them gradually and keep the crown level with the soil.
- Routine pinching and support netting are not required. Cut when at least half the florets are open and the papery sepals are fully coloured.
