To significantly reduce the amount of time our worms spend in transit, as well as minimise their displacement from their natural breeding environment at the worm farm, we have a specific process in place. We only begin to pack orders after receiving them through our website, ensuring that each order is freshly prepared. Consequently, all orders are consolidated into set packing days. This means that if you place your order during the week, it will be consolidated and packed the following week, ready for dispatch.

This procedure does imply that delivery can take between 7 to 10 working days. Specifically, if orders are placed towards the middle to end of a week, they will only be prepared the following week and shipped at the start of the week after. It's important to be mindful of this timeline, as it allows us to ensure that your worms arrive in the best possible condition. Please understand that the shipping of worms can take up to 10 working days for dispatch, but this is to guarantee their optimal health and quality upon arrival at your doorstep.
